The goal of this course is to introduce students the basic research methods of plant pathology. The course will include the philosophy of research methods, techniques commonly used in biology and the skills in writing a scientific paper with an emphasis in application to the field of plant pathology. In order to let students familiar with the research methods, each student will be requested to write a term paper.
